Today’s entry is so beloved it was nominated by not one but two different people! Ron Carter and Kim Chaison both profess their love for the Jackson 5’s Christmas:

Ron: “Six of my favorite Christmas songs come from that album.”

Kim: “To me, that was the definitive version of ‘I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus.’ Aside from how fun the whole album is, it has a special place in my heart because my grandma had the vinyl album, and she only brought it out for Christmas. We’d bake Christmas cookies listening to it – and to this day, whenever I listen to it (as a slick iTunes purchase!) I still wait for certain songs to skip like they did on the record. Overall, though, the kids sounded like they were having fun – for once!”
