Flashback Friday: Kevon Edmonds and Prodigy & The Alchemist
Congratulations, playas, you’ve almost reached the weekend. There is just one more hurdle to overcome – Friday. And we’re here to help with a couple of old favorites.
Tom Leo from YouKnowIGotSoul.com remembers the other guy named Edmonds.
Kevon Edmonds, 24/7 (1999)
Tom said: “This album just flows perfectly from start to finish and it’s just a a cohesive expression of the spectrum of emotions you’d experience in a relationship.”

Prodigy & The Alchemist, Return of the Mac (2007)
Edd said: “One of my favorite albums right now is Prodigy and Alchemist’s Albert Einstein. I’m sure it’ll land pretty high on my year-end ‘best of 2013’ wrap-up list. The collabo got me in the mood to revisit their first joint venture, Return of the Mac. It’s a pretty simple concept: combine Alchemist’s outstanding production with P’s grumpy gangsta lyrics. Doesn’t take much to make me happy.”
