Recessionistas, here’s a quick tip. One way to save money on fashion this fall is to hop on the vest bandwagon. I’m not one to blindly follow trends but this is one I swear by. A nice vest can instantly upgrade your plain turtlenecks and long-sleeved T-shirts and come warmer weather you can sport your vest with a short-sleeved top or tank as Kim Kardashian is in the photo above.
