GeorgiaMae.com turns 3!

Today is GeorgiaMae.com’s birthday. Our baby is 3 years old today (yes, the blog really does seem like our child) which means she’s old enough to tell you exactly what she wants for her special day. Here’s GeorgiaMae.com’s birthday wish list:


1. Be her Facebook friend. Edd and I recently started a Facebook page for the blog and our goal is to have a mind blowing number of fans by GeorgiaMae.com’s 4th birthday. We hope you’ll help make that happen. You will find a Facebook “like” box on the right hand side of the blog. All you have to do is scroll down,  find that widget, and click the “like” button. Go on. I’ll wait…


This Facebook page will not only feature links to blog posts, but will also be a place to start conversations with our readers on topics such as music, fitness, relationships, natural hair and more. The page will include content you won’t find on the blog, so if you’re not linked in with us on Facebook you could be missing out!


2. Give her some Bloglovin’. Sorry. I know that sounds a little dirty, but while you were searching for that Facebook like box you probably noticed a Bloglovin’ widget as well. Bloglovin’ is a service that helps you keep up with all your favorite blogs. GeorgiaMae.com is now on Bloglovin’ so I’d love for you to follow us through this service and/or join us through Google Friend Connect (you’ll see that box above the Facebook widget).  


3. Introduce her to your friends. This year I want to take GeorgiaMae.com to a new level (translation: I want to finally make money off this!). But that can’t happen without you. Help us spread the word about the blog today by telling at least one pal about our site.
