Getting called the N-word for returning a pair of shoes

A friend just e-mailed me about this and I had to share it with my Georgia Mae readers.

Keith Slater Jr., a 22-year-old college student in a Kansas City neighborhood, discovered that an employee at Journey’s shoe store had printed “dumb ni**er” on his receipt after he returned a pair of shoes. The matter was reported to the store and a local TV news station. Store officials refuse to say how the matter was handled.

    see this wouldnt even have been an issue in BAMA. Headline would have read:

    CUSTOMER BEATS EMPLOYEE TO DEATH WITH NEW JORDANS
