Anthony Hamilton, The Point of It All (2008)
Anthony Hamilton’s debut album is one of my favorite R&B albums of the past decade, but his 2008 isn’t far behind. Despite a few strong singles, the album itself didn’t get the shine it deserved. If you missed out on it, take a listen. Southern soul never sounded so good.

We’re gonna have to rename Flashback Friday “Tanukid’s Takes” – the homie always drops off hits. This week is no exception:
“I’ve been listening to Deborah Cox’s One Wish and it’s such a gem! With all the Whitney-isms and what not,” Tanukid said. “A great sophomore effort.” All facts. This one still stands as Deborah’s best work.

Deborah Cox is a class act who deserve a grammy.I don’t understand why this great singers are not recognised for what they deserve,it’s forever sad.
