Flashback Friday: P.M. Dawn and Sean Price
Friday is here, and if you’re like me, you deserve a restful weekend. But…that probably won’t happen. Oh well, make the most of today with these great throwbacks.
P.M. Dawn, Of the Heart, of the Soul and of the Cross: The Utopian Experience (1991)
Last week on Facebook, Nathan Stuckey said “I’m dying for a Soul In Stereo PM Dawn retrospective.” Well, here you go, playa. I’m never one to disappoint.

“A Watcher’s Point of View (Don’t ‘Cha Think)”
“Paper Doll”
Sean Price, Jesus Price Superstar (2007)
The former Ruck of Heltah Skeltah and the Boot Camp Clik might be rap’s most underrated veteran. Last fall he dropped Mic Tyson and it remains in rotation in the Eddmobile. His previous effort, Jesus Price Superstar, is just as strong. It’s rugged, no-frills and confrontational. Just how I like my rap.

“Mess You Made”
