Flashback Friday: Seal and The Best Man Soundtrack

We are a couple of weeks into November and one thing’s for sure:

Nedd Stark never lied.

Stay warm, this weekend playas. But before we get there, let’s revisit these old faves.

Javacia has been waiting for you.

Seal, Seal IV (2003)

Jai said: “John Legend’s latest album Love In the Future has a bonus track featuring Seal called “We Loved It.” That song is the best on the whole album and should have been his first single, not a freaking bonus track! But I digress. Hearing Seal on “We Loved It” made me break out his 2003 release Seal IV. I think when I bought that CD I listened to the song “Waiting For You” on repeat for over an hour.”

The Best Man Soundtrack (1999)

Edd said: “I bet y’all are looking forward to today’s release of “The Best Man Holiday,” the sequel to the hit 1999 film. I’m excited too – but not enough to see it opening night. I’m not paying $25 to listen to old ladies talk to the screen and unwrap aluminum foil for two hours. While I wait for the crowds to die down, I’m going to revisit the 1999 soundtrack. It’s still a fantastic collection of soul hits.”
